If you remove Trump then you take a huge risk of slowing down momentum and lose millions of potential future voters.

It’s stupid for you to think libs will somehow change their views if DeSantis runs. You act like there are a million “swing voters” — no such animal.

Your hope is to sway a few independents and new voters ages 18-25. That’s it. Some prog isn’t about to have a “Yano honeypot, this DeSantis guy sounds better than Trump. Let’s give it a go.”

Those who are somewhat mildly intelligent know Ron might pose a bigger threat than 45. Just as ballsy, younger, and connected.

Control the narrative...this is an information war

You and others like you keep up the effort to do as such...It won't work

How many SEC teams over the years has hired a hot coach off the Alabama coaching staff thinking that guy will be the next Nick Saban? Now how may times has that process worked out?

Just putting some other Republican at the head of the MAGA movement doesn’t guarantee the same success that Trump had.

I'm far from convinced that Trump can win a second term.

Well it’s like I said earlier people are going to have to grow up. It’s Trump or a Democrat.

How do you lose millions of voters if DeSantis is the GOP nominee?

As unlikable and un electable how did he get the most votes for a republican all time????
I would also suggest the dens are going to try to repeat 2020 any way mail in ballots no accountability to confirm legitimate ballots vs illegitimate ballots.
Dominion machines without internet access that are connected to the internet. No hard voter #'s
2 million people in Philly and 2.5 voted?????? There needs to be a hard # issued 2 weeks or what ever the voting cut off day is and that is it not waiting 3 days to find votes in somebody's trunk

This isn’t about being the next Nick Saban. Trump isn’t Saban. Reagan is Saban. It’s about doing things in a more effective way than Trump. Trump will only care about getting revenge if he got another term. That won’t do any good for the everyday American though.

Trump won’t be able to have the same kind of success. He won’t have the same kind of motivation he had before to do good things.

If you cut off the head of the snake then the body dies. Getting rid of Trump destroys the movement. Maybe DeSantis can pull some slack but he lacks the name recognition of Trump that can reach people who don't care for politics and don't vote. Then you risk getting Trump voters angry and lose votes.

After those two the rest are pathetic and don't want nothing to do with MAGA. These folks can't win because they don't want to win and are comfortable where they are. They are afraid of the left and the Democrats. They rather work with the Democrats and not upset them for fear of severe retaliation than do what is needed for this country.

Only because the left and MSM and their operatives have been successful in planting these seeds of doubt in your psyche. The seeds have sprouted. But so why exactly are you so doubtful of a particular line of thinking that yeah it “feels” like Trump could very reasonably beat Biden and/ Harris, and then looking to their bullpen, really who else they got that would be ready and able to take on an experienced, pumped up Donald Trump with many public shows of rabid support, the visuals of the larger rally crowds than ever….which realistic potential in their bullpen, if you’re being honest, would be a favorite to beat Trump? Keeping in mind the most crucial states, electorally speaking.

Because DeSantis doesn't have the same name recognition of Trump that can reach people who don't care for politics or has ever voted. Yes and this certainly could happen when you could lose a lot of voters that are dead set on voting Trump and no one else. Trump got a lot of people to vote for him that just didn't get involved with politics. Hell some of my family members voted for Trump when they haven't voted in years because they lost faith in the system. If Trump doesn't run in 2016 then the GOP would be dead today.

Ignore that Trump was right about literally everything, every policy, every illegal act committed by Hillary, the DNC, Comey, Clapper and Brennan, the DOJ/FBI, Russia shutting off the natural gas pipeline to Europe, TikTok stealing personal data,

Every

Damn

Thing!

I have a trade. I work with others of trade. Trump is tame in comparison. That's how it is on site. Where do you work? A bakery? It was good seeing normal instead of the white glove BS that is everything north of blue collar.

I would have to disagree with you in a huge way on Trumps motivation. If he won a second term you can bet he will wanna turn things around and quickly just to show that his policies work.

If DeSantis becomes POTUS I can promise you that he will have to fight just as hard as Trump would. The Dems and the Media isn’t going to cut him any slack just because he isn’t Trump. That goes for any Republican. You can hang up doing things in a more effective way because any Republican will have to fight because of the constant attack they will be under. The days of being nice and “Presidential’ are over. The Dems will not allow it anymore. It will be smear, smear, smear no matter what Republican is President.

Well now you're catching on to the purpose of these threads.

The GOP and half these "Republicans" are desperate to get back to the safe and normal feeling status quo, right OP?
