You don't need any insurance to use the ER. By law, they must treat and figure out how to get paid later. Illegals are stealing medical services driving everyone's cost up. You rarely see them in Urgent Care because the same law doesn't apply.

This needs to be put in perspective. Those 400,000 were not all people getting money or benefits; they were people “on the rolls” of social security and medicare. Surely some were getting checks. More importantly, some were probably “voting”. If half of the ones on the SS rolls were actually getting money, and a reasonable guess might be $30,000 per year, that would equal $750 million per year in fraud.
We will never fix the fraud problem just by catching them. What we need is to radically ramp up the punishment. That, along with Trump’s diligent rooting out of fraud, will deter people from committing it in the first place. Also, stop letting third world scum into America, which this administration has been the first to seriously prevent.
