Trump ramps up the threats of violence — and as usual, the media looks away

Trump no longer bothers to conceal his desire to rule as dictator of a virtual police state, and to claim the right and power to imprison, torture and execute any and all who oppose him.

NYU historian Ruth Ben-Ghiat, a leading expert on fascism, discussed Trump’s murderous intent in a Thursday social media post:

Trump is telling Americans very clearly that he will be jailing and killing Americans. Anyone who votes for him is complicit with these future crimes because of this transparency & these threats. Americans cannot say they did not know ahead of time.

Some people are definitely deserving of this, but when did Trump actually say this?

So this is all based on Trump's lawyer's answer to some judge's stupid hypothetical on immunity?

I am okay with Trump being a dictator and killing off all the traitors who have been bleeding America dry and selling their influence to the highest bidder. As it stands we have a bunch of fascist/socialist who hate America in power. We can’t trust the elections anymore. If Trump can purge our nation of these evil traitors and secure our borders, then he can be a king for all I care.

Another classic case of left-wing projection.

These people will kill you or turn you over to the Gestapo without a second thought and sleep like babies.

The fear and delusion from the haters is why I’ll continue to vote for him.

This is where they got it wrong on not being able to Slander celebrities', positions, people in public. We got to start making people and news organizations responsible for the content of their articles and if proven false they should be prosecuted. Goes for both sides.

The people who write those articles, and also believe them, are the same clowns who actually believe Trump will be put in jail or prison.

I wish people were not that gullible.

When he gets the nomination, there are going to be mass suicides of kiddy diddlers who buy the DU and DailyKos brainwashing.

He didn't threaten any one or any thing.. He was making a horrible point, but this article was just meant to scare people.

However, I do disagree with his example. I prefer "it is better a hundred guilty persons should escape than one innocent person should suffer."

We already lived through 4 years of Trump.

I didn't see any camps or death squads.

Ah, they slid in the idea of a president ordering ST6 (lol) to assassinate a political rival.

Very interesting choice of an example when the same legal question could have been asked in many other ways.

No way the judge chose to ask the legal question in this context because it aligns with the "if Trump's reelected, he'll go after his political rivals" narrative they've been pushing.

It's just a coincidence, I'm sure.
