That one is just disgusting dem policies at work. The fricker had a claim on him in 23 and they released him back into the states. He had a warrant for kidnapping in MA, he had a warrant for violating restraining, in Dec he robbed a place, In Jan he stabbed someone, and the fcker is still walking around NYC.
They said 3,219 illegals housed in NYC with our tax dollars, had committed 4488 crimes in the last year and a half.........and they were all still here roaming the streets. No wonder the fckers are so brazen.
The ICE officer is going to be okay, and he put a couple of slugs in Jose after getting shot.

I would call it terrorism if they were attacking uninvolved people. Protestors clashing with police isn't terrorism. It doesn't mean some of the activity isn't illegal but it's not terrorism to protest the police state. That's a pretty shitty precedent to set unless people are paying explicitly for violence against enforcement. And I'm highly doubtful about that.
