H-4 EAD visas (H-1B spouses) basically gave mega corps a “buy one, get one free” deal.

The Walmarts in North Texas will have to rehire 85% of their staff.

We should play a game where we try to guess the communist talking point against stories like these.

spousal work permits are restricted by a lot of countries, not a new approach

The H1-bs are bad enough. It was dumb to compound it with the spouses.
It was dumb to allow the spouses to come into the country in the first place because they will drop birthright kids from their wombs.

The supreme court will probably reject it. I work in tech as a programmer and it’s very competitive with all the H1Bs, but the companies will fight it all the way up in the courts

An Obama executive order did this, right?

They’ll lose most of their staff and run more smoothly.

Two months before midterms but better late than never.
Keep closing all the holes. We need our young people to get into tech.

I can’t believe that this is a thing. frick no they are here for work, not to bring there family kids and spouses to grow a family

We shouldn’t let anyone of child bearing age here that is pregnant and no one longer then 6 months if not pregnant.
Thanks to the USSC ruling.

This is absolutely truth. Yoh and I are aren’t competing with each other, we’re competing against H1-b’s and offshore vendors. It’s sickening to see it happen and it’s truly unbelievable how fast it’s happened.
