That report was created but not made public 3 years ago. It was suppressed by the CIA Director and did not allow its release. Newly confirmed CIA Director John Ratcliff made the report public immediately upon taking office.

Who do you think actually funds the gain of function research and what is the gain of function research for? Effectively speaking, to develop viruses that can more effectively infect and kill humans. In other words: bioweapons.
The CIA is actually the ones leading this shite even if Fauci, Daszak, Baric, Shi, and their underlings do the day to day work. One of the reasons I think Pompeo and Brennan were active plotters in Trump’s assassination attempt is that Trump could openly expose this and criminally convict them, and they couldn’t have that.
