also did not close the border, it still allowed a heavy flow of Illegal immigrants. It was a horrible bill.

^^ this is all that needs to be said

I was jumping up and down screaming at the TV… “just say the bill sucked and wouldn’t have addressed the problem!”

A good debater will “answer” the question then make a couple of statements that put the other one on the defensive. A bad debater will take the bait, refute what was just said and never prove their point..

But I thought he was the best debater. The smartest person in the world. And she was just a dumb box of rocks. That's what he told us.

So he needs to make stuff up knowing that the reason he killed the BIPARTISAN bill is because he needs that issue to win the election.

Could have just said no additional legislation is needed to close the border.

You're the one that is agreeing with your candidate lying about why he killed the bill. As he likes to say "if Jesus" came down and wrote the bill he would still be against it because he needs it to get elected.

I wasn’t necessarily referring to Trump and Kum. Just making an observation about debates. Anyone with half a brain knew that setup was can’t win.

That's the response of a snake. You know it would codify the problem and not solve it. It shows how much of a dishonest person you are. The dems have been bragging about how they've significantly reduced crossing suddenly leading up to the election. Certainly less than that bill would allow. So, why have a bill at all if the current laws suddenly allow crossings to be severely curtailed?

C'mon, let us all see your next lying, dishonest response.

I think what he and all Conservatives are saying is that there are laws presently on the books dealing with illegal immigration that need to be enforced without passing a bullshite bill that lets another 5000 unvetted illegal fukkin aliens a day cross our boarder.

Well, a lot of Republicans disagreed with you all when they wrote the bill. It always goes back to do nothing so no one can have political points. I know Dems have done the same shite to Reps before. It's horse shite and everyone knows it, but they have their head stuck so far up DJT's arse they can't see the light of day.

When this was mentioned next Trump needs to talk about how the bill was bloated with spending on much more than just immigration issues and they need to pass a bill that deals only with immigration. or something to that effect.

Admit that a majority of the money was grants to NGO, that it would still allow over 1M immigrants to cross illegally annually and would hamstring any efforts by future administrations to make changes without a law getting passed. It was a horrible bill that needed to be tabled when you could pass HR1 which was much better.

That was the question where the moderator tried to get an answer to why he opposed the bill and Trump was like "No, no, let me defend my rallies!"

A FUNDING BREAKDOWN

Total size: $118.3 billion. That includes:

About $60 billion in military aid for Ukraine

$14.1 billion in aid for Israel
$4.83 billion in aid for the Indo-Pacific region
$10 billion in humanitarian assistance for Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, among other places
$2.3 billion in refugee assistance inside the U.S.
$20.2 billion for improvements to U.S. border security
$2.72 billion for domestic uranium enrichment

This is the only way they could get funding for ????
Make this a standalone bill and it would probably pass. And they need to take all the pork embedded within the bill unless it is associated with immigration. 60 Billion for Ukraine. ??

You moron. If they would just enforce the law already on the books it would be a vast improvement. How did you not know that? I can’t believe your vote counts as much as mine.

HE was just like any legal resident, He can have an opinion. He is not presently an elected official and carry no power, but he can point out problems with the legislation.

Which of the policies that Kamala discussed during the debate do you like the most/least?
