on, but when actually watching the clip, you can clearly see the reporter's angle by the snarky tone he used asking the question.

I would love to be able to have the podium and respond to some of these dipshits.

I'd love to see him put an end to these updates with reporters in the room, you know, in the name of safety as all other people are being asked to do.

Agreed. It was convenient that the tweet left out the setup for that question, which in its entirety wasn't exactly begging for a warm and fuzzy response...

You’re the same type of people who want to rewrite the constitution because “times have changed” and now y’all want a president in 2020 to act exactly like a president of the 80’s? Go figure.

God, you are either an amnesiac or a complete moron.

I argue a Textualist interpretation of the Constitution EVERY time the issue arises.

First of all...you don't know that.

As for how Trump handled it:

I feel that a president with the balls to call down the media for being the shite bags that they are is legendary. History will view this kindly imho. Defending the modern day media is akin to defending the yellow press of the past...why would anyone do that?

His actions will be viewed positively going forward imho, regardless of your take on his tone, because many of us are tired of the "fake news" (the seemingly intentional manipulation of the narrative to paint DJT and his actions in a negative light).

In short...enough is enough.

he prefaced the question with death numbers and millions sick and more fear instilling posturing, then asked what message the President had for Americans.

And right before that, the reporter asked this question:

Is it possible that your impulse to put a positive spin on things may be giving Americans a false sense of hope and misrepresenting the preparedness right now?

I've got no issue with Trump's response.

You think Reagan would be even quoted by this shite stain of media personalities we have now.

If Trump were treated with a smidge of honesty he would be as 'presidential' as you seem to beg for. They created their own monster.
