You’re never gonna rule out someone that is a leading contender. It doesn’t mean that’s who you go with. I could see other people that would be great. I’d love to see you know a J. D. Vance. I’d love to see a Tucker Carlson.”
Finnerty asked, “Don, is your dad serious about Tucker Carlson? Are those rumors serious?”
Trump said, “That clearly would be on the table, right? I mean they’re very friendly, I think they agree on virtually all of these things. They certainly agree on stopping the never-ending wars. And so, I would love to see that happen. That would certainly be a contender.”

I think Vivek would be a better backup as VP as he is more RIGHT than the Donald.

Tucker does a lot more good for the country, and the world, doing what he does now, than what he could do as a VP. I would hate that pick because it would take him away from us.

I don’t know what a Ron bot is, but I have seen a lot of Ron supporters here who are angry and nothing will satisfy them. They remind me of what we call democrats.

watched S Gorka on a NewsMax show last night - he said he knows who Trump will pick - said it was a name everyone knows but isn't on anyone's VP list - and I could be mis-remembering this but I think he said it was a male - Tucker fits that description.

Far better option than Nikki Haley or Elise Stefanik.
Throw in Ric Grinell as SoS and James Woods as Press Secretary, and we're getting somewhere.
Of most of the names floated, Tucker is probably the one with which I have the least issue.
