quote:this is actually bullshite. He was only a Democrat for 8 years, the Bush Jr years. People keep spouting this and for some reason, people gobble it up as the truth.
Trump is and has always been a moderate democrat. The party went so far left that he looks like a conservative.
You know, you can actually go look this up and see that you're wrong?

He’s a Clinton era Democrat that has moved slightly more right if that over the years on some issues, but he is still that.

I think they didn’t spend enough time researching on how and where to cut spending. Too impatient and it led to negative action. They fired a bunch of ppl just to hire them back. And firing federal worker is 4% of the budget. Not making a lot of sense.
And they seem to still make the middle class make up the taxes. What about top 1%? All the loopholes, LLC, insider trading and off shore accounts. When will the top start paying taxes. That’s who is bankrupting America.
Look at congress and political figures who are stealing from American ppl. Pension for life, healthcare for life and sector life. That’s not fiscally responsible IMO.
Also, it takes a while lot of research and time to figure this out. Not 3-6 months.
Measure twice cut once.

Good. Populist Nationalism is the only way to go.

Trump is simply showing his people what populism means. Its easier to fool voters than it is constituents.
There are different types of populist. Bernie Sanders and AOC are left-wing populist and Democratic Socialist. Left-wing and right-wing do share some ideas about government. Josh Hawley is right-wing populist and that is why him and Bernie Sanders support some of the same bills that people in their own party don’t. The Hawley-Sanders bill that would put a interest cap on credit cards is something that Trump could be in favor of
There are populist that lean left, but voted for Trump because of his populist idea’s.
Right-wing populist are usually anti-elite, fiscal and social conservative, economic nationalist, and believe in a strong national identity. One thing that separates MAGA from other right-wing populist is a strong authoritarian figure.

Not fiscally.
Not even close.

When it comes to policies, he absolutely is. Arguing otherwise is folly. I really don’t care what party someone is registered to. The pillars of his platform and Clinton’s are basically identical.
I’m not using that as a criticism or endorsement. It’s the reality of what he has campaigned on. It highlights just how absurdly left the left has gone.

This is probably a good time for the “true conservatives” to tell us why they would prefer Kamala.
Never-Trumpers like to keep throwing out the tired old “he hates the same people you hate” tripe. There’s actually quite a bit of truth to that. I wouldn’t call it hate, but as a country, we’d certainly be better off without pillow-biters, illegal aliens, trannies, Marxists, communists, socialists, feminists, environmentalists, and various other leftist misfits.

Really?
Because that looks like the president of the United States shilling for the millionaire that financed his campaign.

This is such a pathetic tactic.

Link to anyone you are referring to saying they wish Kamala had won?
Just one example. Please and thank you.

He’s a plutocrat.
He tells conservatives he’s conservative. He tells populists he’s one of the people. He tells evangelicals he’s a Christian. He tells libertarians he’s a libertarian. He tells the reporter he’s rich. He tells the taxman he’s broke. He tells liberals he’s the devil. And they all believe him.
But he tells the wealthy elite he’s The Answer and he tells them he’s for sale. And they don’t believe him, but they buy him anyway. Musk got buyers remorse. Others soon to follow.
He’s a plutocrat.
