There are good people in Chicago that have been terrorized by what has been going on there. If he has to send in Federal Marshals and Guard MP's then do it. This is out of hand.

I don't think you understand what he means by sending the Feds in. He means that the justice dept will decend on Chicago and start taking these cases away from local prosecutors and start charging these thugs with federal crimes. Most of these criminals are repeat offenders and when they commit a gun crime, they can be brought up on federal gun crime charges among other things. Those come with mandatory sentencing to federal prison.
