Diggity Dave, I view the biggest problem on this board being the practice of taking it too seriously. Which I suppose would account for folks zipping right past my default attitude and approach of silliness or zaniness, satirical, etc. Not always, but most often. This is a good example in this instance.

Okay, but ... do you think I really give a shite about Trump still bitching about DeSantis? You should have read my post in the same vein your wrote yours.
Now that said, I do wish Trump would focus so much on downsizing fedgov, fixing DOJ, closing the border, doing something about big tech, etc., that he wouldn't have time to yap about a primary opponent that dropped out of the race months ago. We'd all be better for that.
