Uh huh. Just like the “bomb threat” called into that court the other day.
The threat of indictment is more useful for the Dems than the reality of it happening and people seeing the horseshite they charged him with. Much like with both impeachments.

After the testimony they just got I think they knew that even Biggs couldn't pull it off w/o Trump being vindicated. Susan Rice probably called Biggs and called it all off because Trump had all of Slick Willy's rape ladies at a table for a presser again.
