Sounds like Schiff has a problem with people exercising their legal constitutional rights. So what if it gets appealed all the way to the SC? That’s a persons legal right to do so. Just because Adam doesn’t like it, and tying it up in court for years fricks up his timeline, doesn’t make it illegal.

Uhhh, please link something....cause based on the questions there’s 3 for sure for witnesses and potentially a 4th.
I do know that some Dems are okay with Hunter now and also believe that Dems could vote to acquit, but have not heard no witnesses being secured yet

Exactly, that was and is the job of the house if they felt a witness and documents was a linchpin to their case. It’s not the Senate’s job to build up and fortify the House’s Articles of Impeachment.
