18 million hasn't been spent!
So freaking what, it was released from last year's budget.
I get a budget very July 1 for my school, I don't spend that money right away, in fact that would be irresponsible. But the the funds were released that is ALL that matters!

Today has convinced me that nobody will provide any evidence beyond their own supposition, including Bolton, that Trump had the sole intent to withhold aid with its released conditioned on investigating Burisma.
If Bolton were to get up there and say, "My personal belief was that Trump was not going to release the funds unless Joe Biden was investigated," beyond the fact that the aid has since been released, the defense will simply say, "That's wrong," and we are right back to where we started.
Bottom line, no hard evidence will be produced to confirm the wishes of the dems.
