Wrong. It happens every single time. Look at the recent Space X opening day. Price shot up to 225 then dropped to 147. The difference is in Ipos is they are not open to the general public until after the pump happens.

The OP is pure crap.

There may be a case to be made, but it certainly has not been made in this thread. E.g., I'm not a fan of the crypto stuff in general. The Trump coin business is unseemly, but it's not different than Dogecoin ITR.

Also real traders would never trade opening day, the daily open of the market or data. The only people that think its gambling are the uneducated. As uneducated about the market as you have already shown to be, telling someone who trades daily that its bad advice to tell someone to not jump into the middle of a pump and dump says more than enough.

OP loves the uneducated. That is who they vote next to.

Yesterday the same OP started a thread where they were giddy the majority of Americans were so dumbed down, they did not know what they were celebrating on July 4. People like this call that a win. Got to keep people poor and stupid so they are angry and voting Democrat with them.

I dare you to answer one simple question: Did you vote for Kamala Harris? For once, don't be a coward. Answer the question.

I voted against Trump not for Harris but, yes, that meant I had to pull the lever for her.

Then the board needs to quit giving a retard this kind of attention. myself included.

It is hilarious watching people like this justify their stupidity.

"Yeah, this is horrible and I am against it, but I am going to vote to make damn sure it happens again".

So now that we have confirmed the OP also hates Democracy......

They always are.

OP: Mention some negative aspect of Trump.

Eh, you might want to pump the brakes there. Like them or not Trump's crew can make money without government graft (which they are certainly doing) and are generally competent. Biden's crew couldn't run a 7/11.

You could stack the charts of the top 100 alt coins on top of one another and they'd look nearly identical. Taking a wider crypto market trend and attributing it to Trump is dishonest but very on-brand for the tds crowd.

This is a bizarre take. If this was true anyone who knew it should be a billionaire. Here is the truth…
quote:

Approximately 70% of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) increase in price from their offering price by the end of their first day of trading. However, the remaining 30% of IPOs either list flat, open lower, or close below their offering price. When looking strictly at the entire first week, the numbers can shift. While about 70% see what is known as an "IPO pop," almost 50% of IPOs experience a price drop on their second day of trading as initial hype settles. Over the long term, IPOs tend to underperform compared to the broader market

I didn’t tell anyone that.

I simply pointed out that not every IPO increases in price. And then you told me I was wrong.

Same here. Never lost a dime on Trump branded anything.

I'm not dumb enough to buy random cryptocurrency investments though... or meme stocks... or CDs that claim a 10 percent rate of return from a small firm... or etc etc..

Did you even read what you posted. The vast majority will drop after the first day. The guy got in at open, rode the pump up the morning of, doubled 100k to 205k and then held it as the pump and dump was over and the price settled. That dumbass deserved to lose his money. Also it is billionaires that are moving the price that much. Like I said most IPOs are not open to the general public until around 1pm well after the hedge funds and billionaires have inflated the price. If you are stupid enough to buy in then you deserve to lose your money. This was crypto though so the general public could trade it that morning.

Bro - this meme coin bullshite was a classic pump and dump and nothing more. The Trump's raked in $1.2 bn and his investors lost 85% of their investment. There is no substantive business behind this like in an IPO. Trump just fricked over his most loyal and ardent supporters who fell for this scam. The same people who voted him back into office and stuck with him. You can argue they were stupid and suckers to put their money into it but it doesn't make it any better.

All of this from a sitting President who is in charge of setting financial policy and regulations around crypto. Trump has done a lot of great things but the hypocrisy on this board and willful blindness is wild. It may not be illegal but it's highly unethical at best. If you can't call this for what it is you are as delusional as the prog socialists. This board spent the last four years railing about Biden's corruption but Trump's is OK? You are right about one thing: The Trump's are a lot more savvy at grifting they made more off this deal than Joe did in 50 years in public office.
