I didn’t ignore anything. The idiot said Trump didn’t specifically say something…..which was….once again….quite literally in the first sentence.

You certainly ignored the 2nd sentence and continue to do so.

I wonder why

If the Autopen has a time stamp and if it was signed while Biden was out of the country the how can it be valid?

Is autopen like e-signature? If so, doesn't matter where you are when signing documents.

POTUS's brain is tapioca, and while he sits on a beach somewhere, some staffer AutoPens pardons for Hunter, Fauci, etc. This is the hill Slo wants to die on.

It does not.

It just depends on how rapidly you can promise new things to change their focus like a heard of cats.

Its not, and the legal argument being made is that presidential pardons MUST come at the direct authority of the POTUS. The standards are a bit higher than e-signing your mortgage.

Or he is wanting to take action to revoke

He did no such thing.

I don't even think there is a process to revoke a pardon in the Constitution.

If Trump wants to test this theory, he's going to have to prosecute those who he accuses of crimes that would have fallen under the pardons.

"wants" is the wrong word.

I have given legal analysis on this issue. This scenario exposes a potential flaw in the Constitution that requires an Amendment to fix.

At the very least, prosecutions will drag this into the evidentiary process and force the MSM to cover it. Biden was essentially a “Weekend at Bernie’s “ POTUS and to what degree his ‘acts’ were lawful remains to be seen. The Supreme Court will make or break themselves in the near future.

What caselaw do you use to support this?

What language of the Constitution do you use to support this?

Sounds like hopium

Well, presidents have 'signed' with them since Jefferson. We're going to have to undue a a whole lot of shite if they're all void, which may not be the worse thing, but would throw 200+ years, of presidential signatures into chaos as we investigate what was and wasn't signed with auto-pens.

Maybe you should just sit out this conversation...

If Joe Biden testifies under oath he signed them, then a forensic handwriting guy confirms it’s his actual handwriting that Biden can recreate, the pardons should stand.

If not, throw them in the trash can and prosecute everyone.

All the while the nations taxpayers are being fleeced.

Fleeced in what way, regarding this specific topic?

Most of the leg work with respect to proving the 2020 election fraud has already been done. Do you recall in the aftermath of the Fulton county election fraud indictment, Trump specifically said that they had a date for a press conference where the entire Georgia fraud case was going to be laid out, then they canceled the date with the information never released.

Arizona had a specific investigation that was done by Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, whose findings were never publicly released. This was a telematics study of the forensic authenticity of the AZ mail-in ballots. A similar investigation of Georgia's mail-in ballots failed to meet prescribed standards with respect to paper stock and ballot size.

The man has absolutely made some massive allegations, but I would imagine that even from the pit of denial and nihilism where you're currently sitting, even you should be able to see where he's going with all of this. He has not been subtle by any stretch of the imagination.
