A. Judge cucks out, doesn't jail Trump, Trump wins.
B. Judge jails Trump, Trump looks even more like a martyr to the average American, Trump wins.

Risks like this will have to be taken (and not just by Trump or a few people like him) in order to get this country back. You can't beat people who don't follow the rules by blindly following the rules yourself. This is a good move by Trump. Kinda reminds me of throwing tea into the harbor.
