According to google Americans consume 76 million pounds of beef a day. So this 660 million would be essentially a 9 day supply.

Everyone needs to remember how much beef is thrown away daily at your local grocery stores like Walmart for instance. They write this off as shrinkage.
The meat is still edible at this point they just don’t sell it. They put it in the dumpster.

No it won't. And I have no idea from where that "77 Ranchers out of business every day" is coming. It might be correct, but have nothing to do with beef cattle prices. Prices spiked in 2019 and have remained at historic highs. Drought and the allure of the money have kept the herd sizes sufficiently low to drive and maintain those prices.
A quick search says the average size of a beef herd in the US is under 50 head. If you have less than 50 head, don't call yourself a "rancher". You aren't.
