I also question why he would have to supply a financial statement if he was using cash as collateral (he stated he would use cash after it was reduced). I guess he changed his mind.

You are being downvoted, but you are right. Trump’s refusal to hire good lawyers and listen to them is a real head scratcher for me.

>Trump hire good lawyers
>Liberals warn any business or person who works with those lawyers with be attacked and investigated with their reputation ruined
>Lawyer gets investigated
>Liberals will try to disbar Lawyer
>FBI will digg up dirt on lawyer to give to press
>Media will find everyone the Lawyer ever met to smear them on national tv

Why won't people work for Trump?

If you think it's purely based on his refusal, you need to open your eyes and look into 'The 65 Project'

Or it was advised and planned to leave out the personal financial statements. Which is smart because the prosecutor and judge could cherry pick and part of it and say he fraudulently obtained the bond due to overstating asset values. So he can't submit one, which means he can't get the bond. He can show the absurdity of the case.

NY appellate procedure may very well require that the appellant provide statement with bond.
That doesn’t mean they’re singling out Trump. Why shouldn’t he comply with the law?

No, for any financial transactions part of the application is a request for a personal financial statement. The application for the bond requires a PFS. Which is The same thing they're using to say he previously committed fraud by overstating asset values

Could it actually be the financial statement from the company doing the bond?

Why would any business produce a financial statement in NY? IT could/would be used against them by a corrupt prosecutor and judge to say they committed fraud by either overstating or understating asset values.

The whole case is absurd.

It's not his refusal nobody worth a shite will work for him because of his lies and big mouth. He is a nightmare for an attorney because he simply can't shut his mouth.

Because currently they are attacking the very people that represent him, over 50 I believe. See John Dean as a example

Totally agree with you. Just wondering though...does he not have to provide this for his NY taxes so they could get it from that Dept if they wanted? Or does him now a citizen of FL not have him having to do that?

They will definitely take advantage of it and keep looking to make up charges passed on things they "see" but don't understand.

No. You don’t have to provide a financial statement when you file state taxes.

Exactly. The requirements for judicial bonds are typically laid out in a statute or Code article. This sounds like a technical form issue that simply has to be corrected by the legal team.

He’s got financial statements out his ears currently. Between the SEC for the Truth Social IPO and keeping current with the FEC every time he opens campaigning in another state he has current financial statements aplenty.
