Despite a wave of critical news coverage and Democratic catcalls, President Trump sits at his “highest” approval in the latest Gallup survey, and above where four of the last six presidents, including Barack Obama and George W. Bush, were at this point of the first term.

The media and left are so blatantly biased against Trump that I think it works for him now. Also he’s a damn good president to boot

I don’t think he survives the coronavirus response. Up until then there were lots of people that didn’t like him but tolerated the persona because things were going well.

No we don’t trust them. We look at them , factor in the degree in which the polls have been weighted against our historically First Orange President , and add another 4-7 points.

i think it's more of a "take these results and add some support" situation b/c of the polling biases

now i don't know which side Gallup is biased towards, so it may required adjustment the other way

Nah. You could add 20 percentage points to this poll, and then it'd be closer to accurate.

It's pretty telling that they can't fudge the numbers enough to make Trump look bad.

I don't. Truth be known, I'd bet his number is even higher.

If that’s what the polls say, imagine what the real approval rating is

One day they tell us his poll numbers are terrible. Next day he is polling great. I pay them zero attention.

What a time to be alive where we know everything but also we know nothing.

I mean, we’ve COMPLETELY upended the entire global society on this notion - to be in the safe side.

Yes, when they are biased against Trump but they cannot avoid saying something good about him that would indicate good numbers for Trump.

Are you trolling or are you really that stupid?

I think lots of reasonable people see through the on going gotcha BS the Dims and their lackie media partners put out his entire term. They see the Dims and MSM are exploiting the virus to hurt the President no matter how much it hurts you and me.

No one gives a damn about the response, it’s the continued shut down that has people up in arms, and that falls directly on state and local governments. So when gov half wit extends the shut down or tries to intimidate local businesses, people aren’t screaming at Trump, they are screaming at her.
