Those in Alabama don't have to worry about it. DAs will pick Trump and MA will write in for DeSantis. Might get a house in FL so I can live there 6 months and vote there. I hate a wasted vote.

This is definitely true in the real world because the "never-Trump" group includes a ton of dudes who aren't even pretending to be conservative/GOP voters anymore.
It's not true on this board, however. If we're being really honest, a large percentage of the DeSantis stuff on this board consist of people who are Trump voters who are annoyed to death with Trump and his supporters and looking for an outlet for it. But they don't "hate" Trump and will generally defend him against his enemies.

I was preferring Trump not to run again but wasn't really thinking about it and would have just quietly voted for him when the time came.
Once he started attacking Desantis it highlighted what a giant piece of shite he is. It pissed me off to no end.
Attacking the most conservative, successful GOP governor and a rising star in the party does not benefit:
Florida
America
the GOP
Us
It only "benefits" in theory, Trump. And that highlights what a giant scumbag he is. He doesn't care about America at all. He only cares about Don.

The make-believe part of this pissing match occurs when clowns try to insist that people who voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020 are suddenly never-Trumpers. They're obviously not, by definition.

Maybe. But if you were a Trump voter and didn't know he is an arse, that's kind of on you, isn't it? Trump accomplished one hell of a lot of what he campaigned on. So, personality aside, what has Trump done to make a former Trump voter a never-Trumper?

Biden wasn't the nominee in 2016.
You got Biden because people told you they didn't want Trump and you forced him through anyway. You made Trump think he could be a jackass and alienate more than half the country, with no consequences. Well, you're seeing the consequences.
