This was like the blanket hiring freeze. The administration had to partially walk it back after Democrats pointed out that the freeze prevented the hiring of hard to fill positions that provide direct care to veterans.
These Heritage Foundation bros are amateurs.
I really thought Trump and his team learned their lesson over the last 4 years.
