illegally deported man to US
Yeah well if he hadn't been illegal, he wouldn't have been deported...

Trump deported a known El Salvadoran gang member to El Salvador, and he's somehow pathetic for doing so.
You can keep saying this, but there is no credible evidence this guy was a member of a gang.

He was an illegal alien with approved deportation orders, just not to El Salvador. Why didn't he want to go to El Salvador?
That's right! Because he had known gang affiliations that would make life hard for him in El Salvador.

Except you know, the immigration judge that ruled him to be so and the appellate court that upheld that ruling. But you know, zero evidence as the retards on the left call it.

False. The DOJ even admitted they made a mistake.
False. Today the administration clarified that the person who claimed it was a mistake misrepresented the truth and is no longer an attorney with the Justice Department.

2 different federal courts have affirmed it after seeing the evidence.
But if you want to believe a bunch of activists, some of whom are employed as journalists struggling to make sense of federal laws, choose wisely.

So, their authority extends to El Salvador?

He isn't being brought back.
...but I do love the fact that the left is siding with terrorists and illegal aliens.

Correct! I have also made this clarification several times today. It's very simple and easy to understand. Those refusing to accept the simple explanation, supported by law, are hopelessly ate up with TDS. Only very low IQ people or willingly i ignorant people would continue to dispute the facts.

SCOTUS has no authority in El Salvador. A gang member wanted in El Salvador, being held for crimes in El Salvador, and the El Salvadorian Government says tough shite to the US Judiciary. Oh well

A saboteur, a Democrat.

I'm for deportation of Garcia. I just don't understand the need to make things up.
What crime is he alleged to have committed in El Salvador?

Stephen Miller bullshitted you. That attorney was just repeating what the ICE officer swore to in a declaration. The Solicitor General of the United States also wrote the exact same thing in a brief to SCOTUS.

Can you provide a link to the brief? I would be interested in looking at it.

For the life of me I cannot understand why they keep taking this position. Why are they so desperate to keep these illegals here?

It's more about defending the Constitution and limiting the power of government over us via our rights.
This often involves less than savory people in the actual legal dispute.

For being a violent gang member. Are you slow? You think Bukele would keep his own citizen locked up for committing zero crimes in El Salvador? He's going to imprison his own for sneaking into the US. Got it.

Thanks, but that is not the Solicitor General's work. This was a district court filing.
