Too many white kids at the school and they'll assume you discriminate? Or is this aimed at DEI type admissions?

Well some are using quotas to balance out race. That, in itself, is discrimination. They have a waitlist and recruit minorities that bypass the list.

This is the correct answer.
This is to target Mooslim and DEI—heavy schools. Denying admission to a white kid so that a black or Hispanic kid can complete a quota is racial discrimination.

unlike the ivies, those schools don't discriminate against non blacks. a white kid with a 4.0 isn't getting rejected from howard

Has to be DEI/affirmatibe action. There arent anything remotely close to 18000 all white or all whit/east asian schools

I want white schools, black schools, boy schools, girl schools, all-come schools and every other thing you can think of... and as long as there is a market for it and the schools follow state standards otherwise, for them to ALL be treated the same tax-status wise.
If a white kid wants to go to an all white school, I don't care. If a black kid wants to go to an all black school, that's fine. If they want to go to school together, that's great. As long as they are learning, it's FINE.
I'm not saying to offer ONLY segregated options... I'm saying allowing segregated options where there is a desire for it and alongside fully integrated schools should be an option. There is NO reason for there not to be an option.
They will never allow freedom of association because the truth is that a great number of people would rather congregate with people who are more like them.
