Your company also states that their demands superceded state or local laws. WRONG!

They do not have that power.

It also says the requirements are promulgated pursuant to Federal law...which federal law?

Our policy is get the vaccine or do weekly testing. Vaccinated people don’t have to be tested weekly. Even though they spread it just as much or worse than the unvaccinated. Makes no fricking sense.

Kids 12 and up at my school got the vaccine so they’d stop having to miss practice and games due to quarantine. It’s a damn shame.

Sounds like it’s time to “slip and fall” on an unmarked “wet floor”

The fact the company avoids the question “is the vaccine safe” is almost enough grounds to say it is not safe.

I would think of an angle other than the fetal tissue because they give you 3 options for vaccines. Are all of them made with fetal tissue? I don’t think J&J is.

You need to list another reason for exemption just in case.

I wonder if they’d allow the home test — Walgreens sells them 2/box for $20.

My faciiity uses the same test to test residents on admit and once weekly — other weekly test was pcr.

So these clowns are going to “require” a covid vaccination for new hires for the rest of time?

Forgot who the poster was — pretty sure it was a Bama fan — had a well thought out philosophical/religious exemption letter. Including biblical quotes. He didn’t think it would be accepted but if your company by chance is trying to help people out, then it’s worth a try.

And osha sent a temporary statement today from what I read on poli talk today.

In the top question of the second page it states the reason your company is giving for enforcing the mandate. Any company doing business with the government has to comply if they want to keep their government contracts. I believe that companies with government contracts even have to force their suppliers to comply if the parts are to be used on a government contract.

It's completely insane, but unfortunately that is what the government is forcing on their contracts.

Wait, he’s a whiney bitch? When his company is so scared of Biden and this virus that it mandates a vaccine that doesn’t even stop the spread but it claims it has to protect its employees who are vaccinated, but apparently not protected?

Yea solid logic there. Moron.

They sent it to the President, but it still has to be published to the Federal Register before it can take effect.
