After my one question, she deferred to the CEO. Won't even own it.

And she was chatty/authoritarian-ish with others earlier about other topics around the policy.

I guess I caught her off guard

I simply and respectfully asked about why the policy doesn't provide alternatives to vaccination (other than exemptions) and consider situations like remote working

This is related to the Federal Contractor situation. I know the details on it

ETA: Just got a call invite for Thursday morning to discuss my exemption request

Umm.. org I'm with has similar language in that it's related to Federal and not State situations

I'm a federal contractor as well. I submitted my religious accommodation request yesterday. We'll see if they approve it.

Another thread was very promising. Multiple federal contractors received their accommodation without hassle.
