it doesn’t matter what this corrupt Gov’t finally decides to help with for Hawaii & Appalachian’s, it came VERY LATE #1
#2- as long as we have homeless veterans sleeping under overpasses, can’t get VA medical help in timely manners or care quality being down.
as long as the USA is operating with a $2TRILLION DEFICIT aka “Deficit Spending” while they prop up the system with “Quantitative Easing QE” aka printing taxpayers into Hyper-Inflation and we are bankrupt on our entitlement programs.
ALL THAT BEING SAID, WHAT GIVES YOU right to call this out and try to justify $1Billion here, $100Billion there & all to countries that we get ZERO IN RETURN!
Why do they do this? they are paying off the warlords in Africa for example, the people get some help, BUT STILL LIVE IN HUTS & Bathe in their own urine flowing thru the community canal.
and these same people are swatting flies while the Globalist get free access for their mining companies to go in there and strip their gold. their diamonds, their oil etc!
that’s what it’s all about!
and WE should never give ANYONE A PENNY until we take care of our own people.
LStU, let’s say you have $1,000 in your checking account, and you decide to start writing checks to homeless people and donating to charities for $100,000 total, will that check cash? Would you help those people when you can’t even pay your own bills without taking down your entire family wit it?
Because that is what the FedGov is doing, they are financially burying us alive, STOP ANY OUTSIDE SPENDING!
STOP printing money to pay for illegals, Ukraine, Africa etc…
it’s actually not a beey hard concept to wrap your head around.

My post was specific to pointing out the lies about FEMA only giving $700 to Lahaina and NC impacted households. I generally am not supportive of the $1B to Africa and have stated this.
But it's odd to talk about government spending deficits when the power company in Lahaina and home/commercial insurance companies have a huge role and obligation to fund the recovery there. But you're pushing for additional federal government subsidy instead of the private entities with liabilities and obligations paying their fair share.
I think the private companies should pay our every bit of their obligations and the fed should also support.

Let foreign governments take care of their own citizens. Our government should be focused on our citizens. What's irksome is that all excess money being used for foreign humanitarian purposes, could be added to our own humanitarian purposes, domestically.
