I know Trump has conditioned you to think just because your favored candidate loses its sue to 'fraud' 'cheating' 'rigged' etc. but just like in New York there doesn't need to be 'cheating' for even the most communist of Libs to win in Los Angeles of all places. To suggest such is lunacy.

L.A. is actually less liberal than NYC. Stop trying to compare the two

If Hilton is in the runoff for Governor, all of Cali will be stuffing the ballot boxes to keep him out anyway, so why not assure Spencer has no chance?

Because "all of California" can't vote for Spencer it is only Los Angeles which is extremely liberal but here you are talking about a 'steal' before the first vote is even counted
Los Angeles is every bit as Liberal as New York city is. California might not be as Liberal overall as New York State but you are confusing the two. They are two distinctly different things.
