Pregnant? No entry (no visa, work permit, etc).
Pregnant and illegal - deport immediately. frick any judge that tries to stop me.
Could get pregnant? Monthly pregnancy test at the migrant's expense. If they refuse, immediately deport. If pregnant, same.
This is a national security matter.

I agree, and immediately deport all the parents of anchor babies.

Ah, so if we put this law in place, THAT will stop illegals from crossing the border to give birth here??

They don’t show up for immigration hearings now, you think they will show up knowing that they are on first train out

So you want every woman in this country between the ages of 13 and 50, that is a non-citizen, to have to submit the results of monthly / quarterly birth control tests to the US Gov unless they’ve been sterilized?

Exactly. It is time for POTUS Trump to get real creative. I pray he comes down with the firing mechanism SCOTUS gave him yesterday as well.
Finally, after 91 years, the USA has a true Executive in charge.

It's nuts in the sense that it'll never happen because of weak political will.
It's not at all "nuts" in any other sense.

Wanting any non citizen of child bearing age to submit monthly pregnancy tests to the government is pretty nuts in my book.

refusal = immediate deportation. literally grab on the street and straight to the fricking airport.

read it again.
may not stop them, but it's an express lane the frick out either by being pregnant or refusing the testing

But this doesn’t solve a non-citizen in the United States getting impregnated by a US citizen. Your idea would be more efficient if all non-married men residing in the US were given a vasectomy and could have it reversed with proof of a marriage license.

Yes but their presence here is enough to make them shipped out. That pregnancy part is a longer term issue with the short term being the costs towards Americans indefinitely

Keep preventing moderate measures and you will see extreme measures.

I agree we should just keep them out of the country altogether until and unless we can undo the mess of not being able to control our levers of citizenship.

It actually could. You can deny air travel for a near full term pregnant female on the grounds of medical safety. See the Folarin Balogun case as an example.

Why not...I dont care if the government has to pay for it
