I use explorer on my work computer because of some sites that I need for work do not work consistently under Chrome. Plus, I like the delete history upon exit feature.

Anyway, I have noticed the past few days that when I type Tigerdroppings in the search bar it points me to the Twitter & FB pages, but not TD itself. It used to be that by the time I typed "Ti", it was the first option and it would bring me directly to the home page. Now, I have to go through the bing search options and click on the rant under related searches.

What did yall do?

Edit: It's also noteworthy that if I type the full address with the www & .com it still directs me to the search page and TD is not an option without going through the rant on related pages.

We are aware of this issue and are looking into it… Can you just bookmark the site so you don't have to deal with search engines?

store.tigerdroppings.com comes up. Are there settings on your root folder controlling spiders / search settings?

ETA: Looks like something beyond that as "search results have been removed" comes up but taking safesearch off doesn't fix it. Must be on a list like for copyright violations.

Same is true with duckduck.go. I've only noticed this happening in the past couple of days, it was fine before.

I just recreated the issue with brave and DDG, the store is there but not the site.

Strange.

Yeah. I noticed that last night. Got a new phone and was looking for the bookmarks I used on my other phone. Used bing to search for this forum, it wouldn't show up. Tried 3 times. Eventually I had to go to google and get the site address.

You prefer to use Chrome but like Explorer's delete history? That doesn't compute. Get Opera or another browser not owned by Google if you're concerned about privacy.

That would be Tor. The internet you are accustomed to is far from free

You should use Brave or Dissenter. They are both based on Chrome or "chromium", but they have cut out the google tracking tech.

I use Brave and love it. It looks a lot like Chrome, but has built in ad and 3rd party (tracking) cookie blocking.

Maybe I am just not looking in the right place but I cant find the sitemap.xml. It's not listed in your robots.txt either.

Doesn't work for me.

Curious, I can't get to Tiger Droppings from Firefox or Dogpile. But I can get to the SEC Rant with Dogpile. I'm going to search for the PoliBoard.

I'll have to see if the sites I use allow me to use Brave. It has always been odd to me how I have to use Chrome for some of the financial institutions and Explorer for others because of how their site security systems are set-up. It's why I haven't ventured too far away from these 2.
