Trump is 5 points better on approval than Obama was on the eve of his 2012 reelection.
But he's going to lose a bunch of states he won handily? States that stand to lose a lot with a Biden presidency? It doesn't pass the smell test.

This is how I have it as of today.... NV coming through for Trump would be huge.

Actually he really doesn't need the NE2. All he has to do is get to 269, and the Republicans should have the votes to get him in (unless some real shady crap happens, and the Republican party itself decides to vote against him).
Screw that!!! Tired of the Dems bullshite. Don’t give them any hope or chance to manipulate this race any longer.

You think Biden takes PA after saying his plan is to kill the oil industry?
Quit buying into the fake polls.
Trump will take PA, WI, and MI

Last updated Oct. 29. Party registration is modeled by TargetSmart from multiple commercial sources.

WIsconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan had urban area’s with low turnout in 2016. These 3 states need turnout less than 80% in urban area’s for Trump to win them
This assumes that the turnout includes more democrats, but if the urban areas start having party splits like Miami-Dade, it won’t matter.
They need 80% turnout with party affiliation percentages looking the same as 2016. With the amount of people that dropped out of the Democrat party, that’s going to be very difficult.

urban turnout is code for black vote
I think Trump has triple the black vote he got in 2016....it's going to go real bad for the dems

triple the black vote he got in 2016
I mean, I’ll take 15%.
24% is probably a little high.

And Penn is looking like the key swing state. Hopefully the “mostly peaceful” protests in Philly hold through the weekend.

She voted for Trump in 2016 but now feels his attempt to withdraw troops from Afghanistan before the 1 May agreement is too reckless.
She usually votes on foreign policy, as she feels that has the most certain trickle-down effect on our domestic policy as well.

Trump is the first to not start a war in almost 40 years.
Peace deals handed out like Oprah.
I mean, you compare Trump to Biden’s accolades on foreign policy, and Trump runs away with it.

There simply nothing to support the idea that Trump wont win the states he won in 2016. Especially in PA where he's delivered on Steel, manufacturing, and fossil fuels. Why would a rust belt voter who took a chance on Trump in 16 NOT be delighted with their choice in 2020? Better yet, why spurn Trump for a candidate that wants to end fossil fuels?
Agree I don’t think Trump is losing these voters from 2016. However the narrow margins he had in several states in 2016 certainly leaves room for a flip due to (1) another wave of four years of indoctrinated college age kids becoming eligible to vote, (2) higher voter turnout for dems than in 2016, (3) ballot shenanigans.
Hopefully Trump not only doesn’t lose voters he had in 2016 but he has also gained a lot more because I think status quo numbers for him won’t cut it.
