"The Book of Mormon". A very salacious theatre musical that would embarrass a pipe fitter. The author of the lists was likely given that without questioning the origin.

Anyone who believes in Christ and follows his teachings and commandments is a christian. Many churches have altered his teachings and commandments, the mormon church being one of them.
