So the foundation this program is built on is that because you are born of a certain race then you are pre-programmed with certain in-born behaviors you have to be reprogrammed out of?
Or maybe I just don't get it because I'm white.

Inherent bias - it is a new buzz word.
In reality, it is a Kafka trap.
In short, not admitting that you are racist actually makes you a racist.
On another note, if the new curriculum is adopted, English students in Louisiana will no longer read “To kill a mockingbird.”
Instead, they will be reading a book about how blacks deserve reparations.
Additionally, the 1619 project figures to be a prominent feature.
In short, white students are going to be taught that white is bad, black is good, and if you question that narrative, you are racist.
If you wish to voice your displeasure, contact your BESE board representative.

Seems like everyone should be in the "white/black/brown/yellow/red/green/blue/purple/indigo* benefit" type group. Just let everybody go and do their own thing. Life isn't fair, get over it, and learn to the best you can.
