Capitalize off of what? It keeps happening, and when we notice the frequency we get told it's nothing. We aren't being told something, so we have no choice but to speculate.
But if it all if this "died suddenly" stuff and these heart attacks are because of the vax, then trials need to commence.

Congress gave the pharmaceutical companies blanket immunity on an EXPERIMENTAL vaccine. That should have been a red flag to everyone. But no. The sheep lined up for it. You signed up to be a lab rat. You get nothing.

Truth be told, there really is no way of knowing for sure, because it's obvious they are covering something up. You are right that there is no way of knowing case by case, all we can do is look at the aggregate and notice something is off.
My friends and family in the medical community have been telling me the same thing. Something is going on, way too many people with heart and clotting issues, especially young people.
