Guess what, my man, in the real world where we live it's extremely rare to have all the information about a topic. That's why we use mathematical tools to help. I guess in your mind it's all pointless? If we don't have every single data point, then we can't know anything? What the frick are you waiting for? So far, the only definitive statement you've made is that everything I've said is wrong. Just flat out wrong. Oh, and you also have a problem with the language that I use, so let's clear something up. Everything I've stated in this thread is obviously an estimation. We know this because I've used words such as "about ...", and also because I've explained how I arrived at the denominator for the CFR estimate. That fact that I'm explaining this is just absurd. Anyway, since it is clearly an estimate, you can't just flat out call it "wrong" unless you know the "right" answer. Which you now claim that you do not. So since you are a stickler about language, get your language right.

Why does it matter if China has the biggest population? Why does it matter if that's where it started? If the data is filtered or flat out lies, it MUST be ignored! This makes it not the "most important" data as you claim, but rather the LEAST important. It is absolutely useless data. To try to use it for anything meaningful would be absolutely idiotic!
