First rule of immigration should be to accept only people of merit who are also highly likely to assimilate. Muslims for the most part don't want to assimilate at all.

I must have missed that. My understanding was that Islam would be at forefront of community but is open to anyone.
Can you link where they advertised or said Muslims only? Have any buyers been turned down yet for their religious beliefs?

They've clearly stated that the community is open to people of any religious background or beliefs. They've also clearly stated that they will comply with all federal and state laws and regulations. They already have an admittedly smaller community nearby, with a quite wealthy, law-abiding populace. They've never stated, nor have they insinuated, that sharia law would be enforced. I'm basically atheist, and have no dog in this fight, but this is fear-mongering propaganda in its purest form.
