She could dream about that score.
She was a holistic admission.

You should take notes

I do not believe that she is qualified to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States based on her limited experience, lack of understanding of constitutional law, political bias, and what appears to be overcompensation at oral argument for a strange inferiority complex. I think she’s fully aware of her limitations, her status as a DEI appointment, and her lack of intellect.

You don't need judicial experience for the Supreme Court.
Kagan was personally picked to clerk for Thurgood Marshal.
I feel like that was a hell of an experience.

I've said this before, and it's not exactly shocking, but Kagan is easily the best of the 3 left-leaning justices. On occasion, she even surprises me with one of her rulings.
She still votes "lefty" most of the time, of course. But, that's to be expected of an Obama appointee.

Does being a notary count here, because I don't believe she could pass the exam?

If you seriously think Senator Kennedy wasn't "smart enough" for anything regarding Senate confirmation hearings you need to take a long walk in the woods. Alone. Jeeeeesus. He's a Rhodes scholar, from Oxford University in London & got his law degree from the University of Virgina, one of the most prestigious universities in the country.

I was being facetious. I was poking fun at one of the resident clowns here. I know how smart Kennedy is.

I believe I scored higher on the LSAT than she did

I can respect an opposing player who is good at their game and obviously puts in the time and effort to excel.
Thats definitely Kagen.
Plus she loves the court and what it stands for.

So did Sheila Jackson Lee.
There may have been a time when a "law degree" indicated some fairly high gatekeeping and you could assume the intellectual floor was still significant, but that hasn't been true in my lifetime and I'm retired. Any idiot can get a law degree.

I think it’s the latter because her rulings are all about how she FEELS about the law, how she FEELS about the case, not what the law states or how it’s applied to the case.
Agreed. She’s definitely qualified and has a great resume. You can be intelligent and still choose to act on feelings rather than logic/law.
