Two rich grifters like Cucker
and Kirk whining about something that has no effect on them.

I remember Rush calling Cucker, Chatsworth Osborne, Jr

Blame a whole other generation for your problems.
It's YOUR fault you suck at figuring out how to hustle and get on with life.
I see plenty of people from every generation out there who aren't standing around crying about something they can control.

It’s their money and they should spend it how they want. I’d much rather my parents have a blast and travel the world than leave me a penny.

I’d love to hear Rush’s take today. My instincts tell me he would side alot more with Tucker because Tucker has balls now.

Why, because they woke every morning and went to work instead of chasing like on facebook. Because they save their money instead of living off credit. You little jealous pissheads could learn a lot from them.

Meh, generations complaining about one another is as old as Greek mythology...and probably before.

Whining about boomers is no different than "The Olds" complaining about "kids these days".

Yeah, my GenZ screwed the pooch.

Granted, we're mostly parents of millennials but some of us are parents of GenZ. We raised ourselves and drank from the garden hose and are tough as nails and whatnot, but when overcompensated for our lack of hands-on parenting by becoming helicopter parents to Brayden and Bayleigh and molding them into complete pussies.

I raised my kids to be responsible and work their asses off but even then I still probably coddled them too much. This generation is certainly not without fault.

I was born in '70 so technically Gen X but my Dad was WW2 generation so I'm kind of a "late boomer". I share characteristics with both.

I won't be as harsh as some on here... as a Gen X'r, Boomers really need to retire and call it a day. Let my Generation take it from here. We appreciate everything you did, but it's time to hang the cleats up. We are at a point of diminishing returns with Boomers.

I’m sure your kids will appreciate the vacation slide show instead of helping them avoid crushing student loans or a head start on a down payment on a house.

That mind set is how families stay generationally poor because no one acquires and passes down wealth generating assets in favor of short term self centered dopamine hits.

It’s selfish to want to pass along a wealth nest egg to my kids instead of pissing it away exclusively on self focused items?

Please explain.

Exactly. Easily the most baffling thing to me in terms of looking at Social happenings is how in the frick the generation that grew up in the 70s 80s and even early '90s decided to raise an entire generation of children using none of the principles they grew up with. And to be blunt but this was almost entirely driven by women. If you ever watched a 6-year-old soccer game the 6-year-olds kept score even when it wasn't officially being kept. And none of them gave a rats frick. They would walk off the field having been beaten by eight goals drink their Capri Sun and laugh with the kids who beat them. It was Mom who killed herself to make sure none of the kids knew who won and to correct any of them that brought up the score!!!

I mean holy frick. 18-year-olds in 1970 had to worry about being drafted. Can you even fricking imagine the current batch of 18-year-olds if that was the case?

Now don't get me wrong. This generation has plenty to bitch about. Our government seems incapable of not continuing to spend them into bankruptcy. There's plenty of problems. And I would probably have more sympathy except for this generation seems 100% dead set on magnifying the problem not making it better. They're doing the equivalent of finding out that Mom and Dad are spending too much money and their solution is to Double Down.

Sure buddy, theres nothing more boomer than the self-congratulatory narcissism with complete disregard for the entire ecosystem that made your wealth possible (hint: It wasnt some special boomer talent).

You have none of the character of the WW2 generation and all of the pettiness and chidlishness you project on to the younger generations.

You are resentful and small and it shows in every boomer soul.

No

It's selfish to EXPECT it to be passed down

It is selfish to expect to have assets passed on to you instead of letting the parents spend them. If I misunderstood what you meant, I apologize.
