When I think of what matters, I imagine what a person will be like raising kids, (will they manage to fight off disgust to change diapers or clean vomit), will they show the children good habits (prioritize character over vanities), or how will life be behind closed doors when no ones looking? Thats the stuff that actually effects you and I don't care how physically attractive a woman is, her character flaws will make your life a living hell.

You've got one life to live and you're going to marry to show off? Seems like the most insecure couples are the ones most over the top about being "in love".

Not necessarily but that’s how a lot of the coupling (especially between 15-25 and not fully developed brains) is formed… status looks for status. You think athletes and cheerleaders dating is some kind of coincidence?

Are there really "dating" sites? I thought they were just for men and women who want to screw as many people as possible.

I was on a military trip and one of the younger guys got on Tinder(?) or one of those sites. He's dumb as a rock but a fitness stud, so he posts a shirtless picture. Couple of days, no real responses. Then he adds that he's only in town for a few weeks, and it was a stampede. He could have nailed a different girl every night for weeks if he wanted to, and I think he actually came close. Really made me rethink the whole "women are looking for a relationship" angle.

This is sad. Even the self-proclaimed liberal women I dated were closet conservatives with dads as conservative as I am (and was).

I truly can’t even imagine dating these days.

The institute of marriage is currently tilted WAY in the favor of women.

The alpha males who can get whatever women they want don’t necessarily need it and the other guys don’t necessarily see any benefits to them from it.

Choose carefully.

A dating site probably isn't the best starting point. If you want a Ferrari don't go to Fred's Used Cars.

Lol. Incel thread is Incel.

All of these self-proclaimed principled conservatives who believe in accountability and personal responsibility blaming all of their relationship problems on women and apps

The hypocrisy.

“There are no good women left. It’s not me. Waaaaaah.”

If this sounds like you, the problem more than likely is you, and you’re in need of introspection and personal growth. There are plenty of good women still out there.

It’s easier for men to date thanks to technological conveniences, yet this technology has created a counterintuitive situation leading them to have a fickle attitude toward relationships, constantly searching for the next thing instead of committing to one person.

As someone who is single and never married, this is spot on honestly. You get desensitized to meeting girls and miss the excitement of meeting and knowing a girl in person and working your way up to a date.

Any somewhat attractive person is going to have a bunch of matches, and it's impossible to keep up conversations with everybody. The crazy thing is you could've matched the love of your life and never knew it because you working other matches

I like the idea of meeting a woman and working up to dating, but I have found that the dating pool in this area gets really fricking shallow once you reach your early 20s.

At a point, you have a ton of divorcees and single mothers as your main options because the really dateable women are married or have moved out of the area (Houston, Atlanta, or elsewhere).

I eventually found one and got married but it wasn’t quick by any means.

This is where I'm at since moving from Atlanta to Augusta. There just ain't shite around here but in Atlanta I could set a 5 mile radius and be good to go.

It’s pretty easy really. If you don’t like em don’t use em. I like em. I weed out the ones that ask me to go to insta and try to get a number quick to meet for coffee if the deal doesn’t close quick there is no deal. Too many hard dicks and choices if you lay in the weeds playing hard to get before meeting.

Also some tips that help.
Brush your teeth , comb your bald head put that OL Tommy on and take some pics like you the Boss.
