re: They Ran "Clear High Quality" Footage of Kirk's Assassin Shooting Him in Court Today

quote:100% correct. A. Babbit was shot in the neck with a 9MM in the neck at <15 feet away and remained cognitive enough to descend the barricade and laydown with a fraction of the instantaneous blood loss that Mr. Kirk had.
No, it didn't. 0% chance that dude destroyed Kirk's spine and arteries, causing instant death, with a shitty little palm gun from 15 feet away while side aiming.

Lord. There really is a sucker born every minute.
What is with you morons?
What to believe? We have a suspect, confession, weapon used, DNA….
No, let’s go with (insert conspiracy theory here) that will require hundreds of people, billions of dollars, professionals to risk jail time plus their livelihoods, both attorneys, the judge and lest we forget THE ENTIRE FISKING JURY once it’s empaneled.
Which is more believable?

The problem with you people is you demand conspiracy theory purity. People are open to alternative theories, but that doesn't mean you have to blindly believe every single dumbass suggestion warrants serious consideration.
See, here's the other problem you post a video you find "interesting" claim you can't know if it could have happened, and then bleat at people who are rational enough to dismiss retarded ideas. You are absolutely presenting a theory, you're just low IQ enough to believe you're being sly about it.
Why did Charlie's head lean towards the pea shooter? Where is the shot signature? Why is it absolutely obvious to anyone with ears and a cursory knowledge of how guns sound, that the shot came from a large caliber at distance?
These are the things normal people think of instantly when they see an "interesting" video, before completely dismissing any suggestion that the guy in the spotlight fired a weapon through his shirt sleeve into Kirk's neck.
It's fricking embarrassing

Nonsense. As I said on page one, I have spent next to zero time on the Kirk assassination. I still haven't even watched a video of it to see the damage done to the neck. I don't want to see that shite.
The only reason I paid any attention to this one was just before I came across this in my feed I saw a video saying they showed high quality footage today in court of Kirk's assassin.
Assigning me positions doesn't mean I'm actually taking them. It really only makes you look like an a-hole.

They want to believe the transformer did it without any help or any coordination from anyone else. So anything that suggests that is the case, they're all about it.
There is overwhelming evidence that the fig shot CK. He confessed. That’s almost always a sure sign. But there is a lot more evidence than that.
I think our society has a problem with too many people believing in conspiracies instead of applying Occam’s Razor. I’m not accusing you of that, but just a generalization.

Yes, that seems pretty clear. He confessed. As I said in the part you quoted, people want to believe he did it and nobody else could have been involved. That it was him and only him.
The point is that if their confirmation bias is not satisfied they actually get angry. It's the weirdest thing ever.

let’s go with (insert conspiracy theory here)
that will require hundreds of people
twenty tops (not including operative types)
billions of dollars
more like $100MM (with billions at stake)
professionals to risk jail time
"they" know it will be covered up to avoid mass hysteria
plus their livelihoods
see $100MM above noted
attorneys, the judge and lest we forget THE ENTIRE FISKING JURY once it’s empaneled.
They work with the evidence they are given, paid handsomely, and until a guilty verdict is rendered (patsy or not) this point is moot.
It only take one jurist to have a reasonable doubt.

I'm sure a small hide away piece like that would use .30-06 ammunition like that which was extracted from Kirk's body and recovered from Robinson. Yeah, sure.
From the other Kirk thread.

You are out of your mind. If you watched the preliminary court trial.. you would know you look like a lunatic.
You posted this to troll as a dick because your ailsa personality posted it with no fanfare because it is nuts.
You didn't watch the trial because you are nuttier than a squirrel turd like Candace thinking someone else did it.
You have to be a paid agitator. Who else would waste such time being a nut?

Not even a trial. Just some bizarre week-long evidence exposition that Utah does for…..reasons?

I've been looking for the autopsy report. Do you have any info as to exactly what the autopsy revealed? The only thing I've found is the following:
quote:
On March 27, Robinson's attorneys filed a motion to delay future court proceedings, citing claims that an analysis from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) could not conclusively connect a bullet fragment recovered during Kirk's autopsy to the rifle allegedly used in the assassination.

You don’t say?? lol. A full week?
Preliminary exams (pc hearings) in Louisiana last minutes, at the most an hour or two. And the State doesn’t lay everything on the table. Only enough for PC. It’s usually just officer testimony
