Some people are pretty damn good at close range without aiming. Again, I'm not saying anything one way or another. Just that the video is interesting.

The tightest grouping ever achieved with a .38 palm pistol us apparently a grouping within .5 inches at a distance of 5 yards. Pretty good up to 15 feet. They actually have palm pistol shooting competitions apparently. After 10 yards accuracy really falls off badly, even for people who practice with them.
So apparently a skilled marksman can hit their target up to 30 feet away with them.

The longest confirmed killshot os something like 2 miles. Doesn't mean the probability that the shot came from such a distance is worth discussing.
We also still have to ignore the devestating result of the shot to believe someone used something barely more powerful than a pea shooter.
