1. The user said that they're only accurate up to 6 feet. That is false.
2. A .38 is far from a "pea shooter".
But again, I'm not saying anything actually happened in this video. Just that I found the video interesting. I can see why people would think it's a possibility.

It is indeed. Is that what happened here? Who knows. But check out the juxtaposition between this thread and Stout's thread. Both threads talk about video of the shot being shown in court today. We don't know what video was shown in court, but of the two threads only this one shows any video that even looks like it could potentially be of a shooter shooting Kirk.
I'm called a conspiracy theorists and downvoted even though I was clear to make no claims. The other thread is upvoted and celebrated even though it shows no video.
What's the takeaway? The sheep are begging to be herded. They will believe anything they're told so long as it satisfies their feelings on the subject. They want to believe the transformer did it without any help or any coordination from anyone else. So anything that suggests that is the case, they're all about it. Anything that suggests otherwise, well, you can see what happens. People who haven't posted here in years are suddenly flocking in here to call me a retard even though I haven't made a single claim.
