When my youngest kids were in 1st and 2nd grade, we lived in south Austin. The elementary school hosted a movie night...might have been toy story 3. Catered by the Texas chili queens.
When you got to the food service, they were trannies. At some point I went outside and the fat chick administration (principal, vice, and assistant) were outside getting their pics with the trannies and planning another event "for the kids".
Needless to say we moved after that.

From what the mother said, it sounds like this was on a shelf in the classroom.
My sister just went through this is Katy, TX. My sixth grade niece told my sister that they were reading a book in class that made her feel uncomfortable.
The book is titled “Between the Shades of Gray”. Obviously, a play off of the Shades of Gray books which are all about domineering sex. This book is a fictional history about the Holocaust. There are a lot of sexually graphic scenes between the guards and the prisoners.
Apparently, the book was being passed out during class, read, and then collected at the end of class. So not something that’s just accidentally in the library. Also, it’s a work of fiction. Not a diary or memoir of people who actually lived through the holocaust which we have.
My sister went several times to school board meetings to berate them for sharing this book with underage children and for trying to keep it away from parents attention.

I must say I am surprised this occurred in Texas. However, I am convinced BLM, Antifa, and PC Liberals are trying to destroy the country that we envision as morally correct. You do this by denigrating and destroying our statues, eliminating Dr. Zeuss(Sp), and perverting our children's minds with filth that undermines normal decent values.

All this was brought to the attention of our politicians when we were battling common core in the schools.
They pushed back and demeaned us on …”why are you against standards” and many would look no further. Called the parents crazies.
Well here it is. 10 years and it has a grip on our schools. Cant push back because the common core solidified the Feds power in our State education system.
All educators from Bese on down to local school boards are just facillators of Federal mandates.
Dont teach this crap then no money.
Cant fight DC now !!!
