All eggs in one basket and public sentiment is turning against them.
They better deliver and better have great messaging or momentum from the election is lost.

Wait until the "big beautiful bill" fails to pass because that's what will happen.
The establishment is just trying to run the clock out on Trump.
Sure he will get some EOs that they can get overturned in a few short years.
But the other 2 branches are aligned to stall and stop the entire Trump agenda. They know Trump doesn't have the margins to get anything done.
And once the midterms pass he's a lame duck and it will be all the more easier to obstruct. As a bonus, Democrats will win the House and impeach him again just as a distraction.

They are scarred stiff by the mid term elections instead of working for constituents instead of donors.
Is a sad state of affairs.

That's not good, but it's not super relevant either.
People don't vote for Congress; they vote for specific members of Congress. The aggregate of individual polling (which it is too early to really do) is the more important measure.

This has been a consistent stat for over 30 years. People typically support their local reps, but when asked about Congress as a whole they respond negatively. Although it seems to have gotten worse over the last 10 years

"Concerning" is the more appropriate word.

They voted against making doge cuts stick! frick them. They are bought and paid for

I voted Republican all the way. This is typical, they get in power with the ability to make changes and all they do is sit on their arse. Will be a Democrat blood bath come mid-term.

It is shiner fan, parmen, SW, level trolling like John Barron. But you suck at it.

The more I read about this big beautiful bull the more it sucks for earners in the 150-200k range. Just make tax cuts permanent. If you are cutting taxes on OT and Tips it should read like this all money earned on tips and OT is not subject to any federal income tax in perpetuity. That’s all it has to say and cutting 95B a year is a joke
