If you gentleman would just allow more $ to be taken from your paycheck, more people would be able to get away with only paying $23 for rent.

Demand apparently exceeds the current supply.

I hope my portion of taxes paid for her diamond nose stud. That would make me more excited to get up tomorrow morning and go to work all day.

Iowa had to implement rules years ago to prevent Chicago Section 8 from forcibly displacing Iowa residents because Chicago was handing out far more vouchers than there were properties IIRC.

That shite has destroyed every neighborhood that the middle class has ever built. It’s like a cancer. I understand we need cheaper housing but put those shite apartment complexes outside of town, stand up a Walmart neighborhood market next to it, and quit destroying our towns and cities.

Kid, just go to school or learn a trade. You can take care of yourself.

Those that won't earn their own way need to be expatriated.

Eric Holder, under biden's puppet handlers, pushed an agenda to restrict the use of Federal Housing funds for single dwelling housing to provide funding for Section 8 housing instead. In the middle of single dwelling subdivisions.

I kid you not, section 8 is one of the biggest issues in America.

It has fricked up BTR beyond measure.

Have a nice area? Congrats here’s a 500 unit building with nothing but fatigue moving in. Enjoy your crime now.

I feel like builders should have more liability for shite like this.

2 year waiting list in Tampa according to local news. Lesbian Mayor asking landlords to join program. Don't know where those waiting are living but I suggest moving to somewhere they can afford. Oh wait, the majority of them have no intention of ever supporting themselves anywhere. I say let them starve while waiting.

It’s intentional. This is exactly what democrats want. They hate the idea of nice suburbs bc those tend to vote red.

Biden literally ran on expanding Section 8 to the suburbs. White people voted for him anyway.

She does have a point. Section 8, EBT cards, Medicaid and every other gubmint freebie should not be a way of life passed down generation to generation.
