Well SF, rejection of Court mandates/rulings most certainly would and should be considered an "attack on Government". Or more precisely, the (tyrannical?) Government as *interpreted* and given power via the (tyrannical?/un-Constitutional) Courts.

The Courts determined that the prosecution of the Jan 6 Protestors was indeed Criminal, and an attack on Government. And sent responsible and productive citizens to prison, or worse, suicide. Yet, the same Courts determined that the massive attacks on Government Property when 'Trump' was the 'Government', was NOT criminal attacks on Government. WTF? Are the Courts to be considered legitimately authoritative when they embrace Rulings that are obviously unfounded on the principle of Equal Justice? The Courts disqualify their own legitimacy when they forsake honest and 'blind Justice' Jurisprudence for ideological reasons and invite the kinds of attacks that are coming per the Founder's admonitions re a tyrannical 'government'. Lest they drop the bias, the day is soon to be when they will totally lose respect from half the populous. That will not be good, unless one's ideological strategy is to destroy this Nation. Or at the least, "fundamentally change" it to Democratic Fascist. We've seen this before, in Germany.

Do you desire, or would you prefer that the Courts abandon Equal Justice in service to ideological bias? Should the people who clearly see this bias just lay down while their Constitutional Republic that lends legitimate power to said Courts in the first place, is destroyed, via (biased) Court interpretations? Which side is the true 'Insurrectionists' in this scenario?

Therein is our soon to be bloody problem. Truth has become subjective, and based according to Ideological preference. And for one Side to attempt to subjectively attack the other as being 'immoral' or 'criminal', with economic ruination, jail or ultimate attack from 'government' power, is at the least foolish, misguided, impractical, suicidal and insane, and the worst, pure evil.

Are not removable from the United States
Can obtain an employment authorization document (EAD)
May be granted travel authorization
Once granted TPS, an individual also cannot be detained by DHS on the basis of his or her immigration status in the United States.
