Then just deport them for being here illegally. I don't understand why getting rid of people who don't belong in the country is so damned difficult .
The issue arises when you send them to a prison. I don't think anyone is saying they can't be deported. At least I hope not.

How much prior notice did the illegals give prior to entering our country illegally? Whatever that was is exactly what they should be afforded.

Procedural issue , not substantive.
When this all plays out, we will have one of two things :
1) Random unelected judges appointed to lifelong positions because of political reasons given the power to literally shut down any aspect of the executive branch ; or
2) Executive branch authority to take actions that are within its powers and not SPECIFICALLY prohibited by Congress.
Be careful what you wish for. I will say, where in the hell were these judges and the USSC during Covid when people were being fired , dishonorably discharged and arrested ?

If every illegal requires a hearing before deportation, then they are saying they can’t be deported.
How long would it take to have 30,000,000 hearings?
It’s weird how the rulings always allow more dirty 3rd worlders in and never allow us to easily send them back home. Almost like that’s the goal.

A ruse? Seriously? How?

How exactly do you presume that a US court ruling can make the El Salvador government to send a Salvadoran citizen to the US?
It's silly to think this is some impossible task
However, giving your argument all the credit, that's the quagmire the admin put itself in with its aggressive use of AEA + the mistake of sending him to Venezuela before fixing the order prohibiting removal to Venezuela.

If globohomo liked some legal sleight of hand, then it’s clever lawyering. If the globohomos don’t like it, it’s a ruse. You’re welcome.

Had the USSC stated this? I'm pretty sure the issue is sending them to prison, not deporting them.

You mean the USSC who struck down Biden's vaccine mandate?

I already tried to get him back. No dice. Those are the breaks.

Exactly
Different side of the same coin.

Not yet. We’ll get there.

Great example of an utterly irrelevant comment based on emotion.

Huge loss for the rule of law. The legitimacy of SCOTUS is now in question.

Do each and every illegal have to find counsel and get on the docket for a judicial ruling in their particular case? Given how long this will take will these individuals be given freedom to roam around in the meantime or placed in a detention? I haven't a clue how this will unfold.
