There is scant, if any, government coordination, specific goals, or any other hallmark of invasion.

This is of course what this ruling means.

No. The irrelevant shite is lawyers standing around water coolers and masturbating with their minds.

Laken’s parents are without their child. That’s pretty relevant.

There is no partisanship involved in following laws and lawful orders of courts.

There are 20 million of them. It will only take 3,000 years to get rid of all of them

Not a justification for breaking the law or lawful orders of courts.

Not to a discussion of the law.

Hell, there isn't any controversy with that sad case. He's clearly illegal and clearly committed a heinous crime. He's being punished (after being given proper due process) and isn't even being deported, I don't think.

What does that horrible tragedy have to do with an argument about the Presidential administration acting within the constraints of the Constitution and the statute authorizing specific authority re: deportation?

To this discussion? Yes.

In life? Obviously not.

Sure. No one gave a frick about the law letting them in. You included. Now you’re all about the niceties of law. No sale.

Didn't it meet at least two of the criteria? What would government coordination and specific goals mean in the spirit of the act?

And Biden/the Dems lost in 2024 largely due to this executive discretion by Biden's admin.

Political choice and political consequences. Again, not relevant to this discussion.

Biden did nothing illegal. I always disagreed with his policies in this area on a political level and still do. That political opinion doesn't change anything regarding the legality of his executive discretion in this discussion.

So, are you choosing not to answer my simple question? I know you're intellectually capable of doing so (unlike many others weighing in).

Correct

Even if he was, was the Aliens Enemies Act even being invoked by the admin at the time of her murder? No. How is a discussion of the AEA relevant, then?

he was a citizen?

No one cares about your definition of legal. It’s what a moral retard would argue. That’s because you’re morally retarded.

You just argued that Biden did nothing illegal by facilitating the illegal immigration and paying them to be here.

Then you suddenly can’t connect the dots.

Maybe you are that dumb.
