Dems are not reproducing fast enough? That sounds perfect, actually. Time to implement the paid sterilization of all those on the dole. Get your tubes tied or your hose clipped and get it paid for and a nice $2500 check. Let’s do this tomorrow.

Many, many districts across the country are facing this - both in blue and red cities/counties/parishes. Jefferson Parish, for example, had to close 12 or more schools in the last few years due to declining enrollment.

City schools are arse.
If you have kids and you have any means to escape the city, you leave.
None of this is complicated.
St. Louis Public Schools spends an average of $18,000/student before capital expenditures. Fewer than 1 in 5 students read on grade level and closer to 1 in 9 of the students are proficient in math.
Then you have the problem of violence in the schools.
If you are sane, you’re looking to even move to a relatively poor district like Bayless or Affton just to give your kid a fighting chance.
